How to Pay For Your Order

We only accept Paypal for all payment transactions.

Your Order is Secure

Capodimonte Imports website uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, a data scrambling process that prevents unauthorized people from seeing data sent to or from the site. You'll be asked to enter your credit card information once you've completed shopping and are ready to place your order with Once you enter the secure section of the Website, you can be assured that your information will be protected.

Shipping When you place an order, we receive the order immediately by fax. Confirmation of your order by email will generally be within 24 hours. Shipments may be sent anywhere in the United States or U.S. Territories. No other shipping destinations will be honored.

In the event that a shipment does not arrive 15 days after the order is processed, please notify Capodimonte Imports, and we will file a Lost Shipment report with the shipper. It may take up to 10 days to see resolution of a lost shipment. These times are beyond the control of Capodimonte Imports, and depend solely on the company used. A replacement order will be sent as soon as possible.

Orders may be shipped in multiple boxes. If you receive a box and believe some items are missing, please wait at least 2 days before reporting a problem.

Capodimonte Imports maintains at least a 92-96% in stock rate at all times. Even with our best efforts, there are times when certain items are out of stock. Capodimonte Imports is not responsible for items that are out of stock, and can never promise a date of re-stock.

Damage Claims


If your shipment arrives damaged, please keep the original packing and box. You must call our office within 7 days to file a claim. Capodimonte Imports will then notify you and give you instructions and return authorization. After 7 days your claim will not be accepted.


If your shipment is damaged upon arrival, accept the merchandise and have the freight bill endorsed by the transportation company's driver, notarizing the damages. WITHOUT THE SIGNATURE YOUR CLAIM WILL NOT BE VALID. You must call our office within 3 days and notify us of the damages and within that same time frame you must submit to us a copy of your bill of lading receipt notarizing the damages.

When you unpack and notice concealed damage, do not destroy the case, carton or package. Call the transportation company and notify them of the damage and request an inspection. Once the inspector comes to your location he/she will give you an inspection report. Please send a copy of the report to ourselves so that we can process your claim. Capodimonte Imports will then notify you and give you instructions and return authorization.

Our merchandise is properly packed and has been accepted by the transportation company in good condition. Therefore, any breakage is not our responsibility. Do not return the shipment to us unless you have advised us of the matter and we have given you the authorization and shipping instructions to do so.

The freight bill with the agents' notation of damage on it or the concealed damage report is your basis for claim against the transportation company. If you comply with the above instructions, you can depend on our cooperation in assisting you to file a claim and collect on it.

Price Disclaimer

Prices are subject to change without notice, and we will make every attempt to update the Website with changes, special offers or discontinued items. However, human errors occasionally occur. In the event that a typographical error has been made on price and the actual price is higher than listed, the customer will be informed of the correct price and given the choice of whether to purchase at the correct price or cancel their selection of the item in question before any charges are made.
